Questions
Before you book
Will pressure washing damage my siding or paint?
Not when the right method is used. Delicate surfaces like vinyl siding, painted wood, and stucco get soft washed at low pressure. High pressure is only used on hard surfaces like concrete and masonry, where it is safe and actually effective.
What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water for hard surfaces like concrete driveways and brick. Soft washing uses low pressure plus a cleaning solution for siding, roofs, and painted wood. Most properties need both, and we use the right one for each surface.
How long will the work take?
It depends on the size and condition of the property, the access, and how many surfaces are involved. We will go over the scope and the scheduling with you before any work begins so you know what to expect.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to water and to the areas being cleaned, we can handle it. Let us know how you would like to be updated and we will work with that.
Are your cleaning products safe for pets and plants?
We use professional exterior cleaning solutions and adjust the approach to the surface. Landscaping near the work area is rinsed before and after to protect it. If you have specific concerns about plants or pets, tell us when you request a quote and we will talk through it.
