From quote to clean

Keep the next step simple.

  1. Step 1: Send it over.

Tell us what needs cleaning and text a couple of photos. Photos are usually enough to get started.

  2. Step 2: Get a real number.

You get pricing and an honest read on what will come out and what will not, before anyone shows up.

  3. Step 3: We clean it.

The right method for each surface, landscaping protected, edges finished by hand instead of left half done.

  4. Step 4: Walk it with us.

Look it over before we pack up. If something needs another pass, that is the moment to say so.

The EASC difference

The right method
for the surface.

Anybody can buy a pressure washer. The part that takes knowing is deciding when to use it, when not to, and what to do instead.

More about EASC
  • The method matches the surface

Concrete takes pressure. Siding does not. Getting that backwards is how a driveway ends up striped and water ends up behind the siding.

  • The tool follows the surface

A surface cleaner for flat work and a soft wash setup for anything pressure would damage. Not the other way around.

  • The property gets protected

Beds get wet down before and rinsed after. Fixtures, screens, and open windows get checked before anything is turned on.

  • You deal with the owner

The person quoting the work is the person doing it. Nothing gets lost between a salesperson and a crew.

Good questions

A little clarity
before the clean.

The questions people actually ask, answered without the marketing version.

Read all questions
Do you use high pressure on houses?

No. Siding, painted wood, soffits, and stucco get soft washed, which means a cleaning solution does the work at low pressure and then everything is rinsed. High pressure on a wall drives water behind the siding and can force it into places it should never be. High pressure belongs on concrete and sound masonry.

Can you remove every stain from concrete?

No, and anybody who promises that has not looked at your driveway. Dirt, algae, mildew, and surface buildup come off well. Deep oil, old rust, red clay that has soaked into porous concrete, and discoloration that came from the original pour are conditions of the slab rather than something sitting on it. We tell you which one you have before we quote it.

Do I need to be home?

No, as long as we can reach the areas being cleaned and there is a working outdoor spigot. Tell us how you want to be updated and we will do it that way.

Are you insured?

Yes. East Alabama Surface Clean, LLC carries general liability insurance and a certificate is available on request. For commercial contracts we can add additional insured endorsements where your agreement requires them.

What areas do you serve?

Auburn, Opelika, and the surrounding Lee County communities including Smiths Station, Salem, Beauregard, and Loachapoka. If you are just outside that, ask.

How do I get an estimate?

Send the estimate form with a few photos of what needs cleaning, or call or text (334) 246-1361. Most jobs can be priced from good photos and a description. If a property needs a quick look in person for an accurate number, we will set that up.
