Section the property
Lots get cleaned in zones so parking stays available and the work does not close the whole site.

Surface cleaning, not wand work
A surface cleaner covers ground evenly. Trying to do a lot with a wand is how you get stripes and a very long day.

Degrease before pressure
Oil lines get treated so the pressure is finishing the job instead of trying to do all of it.

If the lot cannot be closed during business hours, say so when you ask and we will work out the timing.

Concrete that has absorbed years of oil will lighten considerably and will not return to uniform gray. Asphalt is cleaned conservatively because high pressure will lift aggregate and loosen the binder.

Do you clean asphalt lots?
Carefully, and at lower pressure than concrete. Asphalt will not take aggressive cleaning without losing aggregate.
Can it be done outside business hours?
Ask when you request the estimate. Timing on a lot is part of the scope, not an afterthought.
