Clay washing under the roof line
Covered slabs catch runoff from the beds beside them, and red soil in that runoff stains concrete.
Green growth on the shaded half
Half the patio looks fine and half looks like a pond bottom. That line is the shade line.
Grease and food staining
Grill areas pick up cooking grease that needs a degreaser, not just pressure.
Sand loss and joint growth in pavers
Pavers clean well, but too much pressure blows out the joint sand and undermines the whole field.

Clear and cover
Furniture, planters, grills, and rugs get moved off the slab. Anything that cannot move gets covered.

Match pressure to material
Poured concrete takes a surface cleaner. Pavers and older brick get a lighter touch so the joints stay intact.

Treat the stains separately
Grease, clay, and organic growth do not respond to the same thing, so they do not get the same treatment.

Put it back
The furniture goes back where it was. You should not have to reset your own patio.

Where cleaning stops.
Pavers may need joint sand replaced after cleaning, which is separate work. Stamped and stained decorative concrete is cleaned conservatively because aggressive pressure will strip the coating. Deep grease that has soaked into porous concrete usually lightens instead of disappearing.

Questions
About patios & porches.
Will cleaning my pavers ruin the sand joints?
Not the way we clean them. Pavers get lower pressure and a controlled angle. Some sand loss is normal on any paver cleaning, and if a field needs re-sanding we will tell you up front.
Can you clean a screened porch without taking the screens out?
Usually yes. Screens get worked around at low pressure. If a panel is already loose or brittle we will point it out before we start.
Do I need to move my patio furniture?
No. We move it and put it back. If there is something heavy or fragile, tell us and we will plan around it.
