We look at everything, price it as a package, and sequence it so nothing gets cleaned twice.

House first, hard surfaces last, so the concrete is not the thing catching runoff at the end.

If we cannot make your window, we will say so when you ask, not the day before.
Being straight with you
Where cleaning stops.
Some construction residue, particularly cured mortar and certain paints, is not removable by washing. We will identify that during the walk-through so it does not become a surprise on the invoice.
