It can, in the wrong hands. Too much pressure held too close will etch the surface and leave permanent wand marks. We run a surface cleaner at a working distance and pressure suited to the age and finish of the slab.
Sometimes. Fresh oil that has not soaked in usually responds to a degreaser. Oil that has been sitting in porous concrete for years has stained the material itself and normally lightens rather than disappears.
It comes down to size, condition, and how much edge and joint work there is. You will get a time estimate with the price.
