What we stand for.
East Alabama Surface Clean is a small, owner-operated company based in Opelika. Austin built it in December 2025 and still does the work himself, so the person who quotes your job is the person who shows up with the trailer. Nothing gets lost between a salesperson and a crew.
We match the method to the surface. Concrete can take pressure. Siding cannot. Deciding which is which before anything gets turned on is most of the job, and it is the part that separates a result you are happy with from one you are not.
We tell you the truth up front. Deep oil, old rust, and clay that has soaked into a porous slab do not come out with cleaning, and you will hear that during the estimate, not after the invoice. If a surface is not worth cleaning, we would rather say so than take the money and hand you a disappointing result.
We treat the property like it is ours. Beds get wet down and rinsed, furniture gets moved and put back, and we walk the job with you before we pack up.

How we approach the work
Same order, every property.
Most of what goes wrong on an exterior cleaning job goes wrong because a step got skipped.

Look at it first
Age of the concrete, condition of the mortar, what is actually staining it, where the water is going to run. Five minutes here saves an argument later.

Pick the method
Pressure, soft wash, or a specific treatment. That decision comes from the material and its condition, not from what is already hooked up on the trailer.

Say what to expect
Including the parts that will not come out. Nobody has ever been upset about a limitation they heard before the work started.

Protect the property
Beds wet down and rinsed, furniture moved and put back, fixtures and open windows checked before anything gets turned on.

Do the whole thing
Edges, joints, the seam at the garage door, the run of walkway nobody mentioned. Half a clean surface looks worse than none.

Walk it together
Before the trailer gets packed. If something needs another pass, that is the moment, not three days later over text.
