What we collect

When you send an estimate request through this site we collect the information you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, the property address or ZIP code, what needs cleaning, your preferred contact method, and anything you write in the details box.

We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not ask for any government identification, financial account numbers, or similarly sensitive data.

Why we collect it

To price your job and get back to you. That is the entire purpose. We use your phone number, email, and address for scheduling and communication about the work you asked about.

Who sees it

East Alabama Surface Clean, LLC. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, the service that hosts this website, and delivered to us by email. We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it, and we do not share it with third-party marketers.

Analytics

This site records anonymous usage events, such as which buttons get clicked and which pages get visited, so we can tell whether the website is actually helping people find what they need. These events are not tied to your name or contact details.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this page will be updated to say so.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests are kept as business records. If you want your information removed, ask and we will remove it.

Text messages

If you text the business number, standard message and data rates from your carrier apply. We use texting for scheduling and job communication, not for marketing blasts.
