This website is operated by East Alabama Surface Clean, LLC, an exterior cleaning company based in Opelika, Alabama. Using the site means you accept what is on this page.
Estimates and pricing
Prices shown anywhere on this site are starting points for typical residential work. They are not quotes. Size, condition, access, water availability, and the amount of edge work all change the number. A real price comes after we have seen photos or the property.
Sending the estimate form does not create a contract and does not book a date. Work is scheduled after we have agreed on scope and price.
Results
Exterior cleaning removes what is on and in the surface. It does not resurface, refinish, repair, or restore materials. Some staining, including deep oil, old rust, red clay that has soaked into porous concrete, oxidation, and damage from the original installation, may not be removable. Before and after photos on this site show real jobs, and results on your property will depend on your property.
