What these photos do not show.

Every one of these came out well, which is the point of a gallery. It is not the whole picture of the work.

Deep oil, old rust, red clay that has soaked into a porous slab, and damage that happened during the original pour do not come out with cleaning, because they are not sitting on top of the surface. When that is what we are looking at, we say so during the estimate rather than after the invoice.
